Delete an object.

If necessary, switch to Print Layout view.

Practice Data

1. Select the object you want to delete. The object is selected.

Scroll as necessary and click the line below the first paragraph

2. Press [Delete] .

Press [Delete]

The object is removed from the document .

Practice the Concept: Delete the drawing canvas containing the rectangle and circle. Notice that the New Products text was not deleted; only the drawing canvas behind the text and its contents were deleted. Close DRAWd.DOCX.
