Using Auto Outline
NOTE If a range is selected, Auto Outline creates an outline for that range only. If only one cell is selected, Auto Outline creates an outline for the entire worksheet.
P ROCEDURES
1. Select a single cell in the worksheet. 2. Select the Data tab on the Ribbon .
3. Select the bottom part of the Group button
in the Outline group.
4. Select Auto Outline .
