4. Select the name of the workbook in which the macro is stored. The workbook name appears in the Customize Quick Access Toolbar box. 5. Select the desired macro from the Customize Quick Access Toolbar list. The macro button is selected

6. Select the Modify button.

The Modify Button dialog box opens displaying a gallery of available button images.

7. Select the desired button image. The button image is selected.

8. Select the text in the Display name box.

Double-click the text Urban_Update

The text in the Display name box is selected.

9. Type the desired display name for the macro button. The text is displayed in the Display name box. The Modify Button dialog box closes and the selected button image and display name appear in the Customize Quick Access Toolbar For CITY60.XLSM list. The Excel Options dialog box closes and the new button image is displayed on the Quick Access Toolbar . 11. Select OK . 10. Select OK .

Practice the Concept: Right-click on any button on the Quick Access Toolbar and select Customize Quick Access Toolbar. Select For CITY60.XLSM from the Customize Quick Access Toolbar list. Click on the Urban_Update macro, then click the Modify button.
