U SING P RESENTER V IEW D ISCUSSION As previously mentioned, Presenter View is enhanced in PowerPoint 2016. It is a valuable tool for presenters, whether they only have one monitor, or are using multiple displays.
When you set up your computer to launch in Presenter View, it will display your notes and give you access to all the navigation and annotation tools available, without displaying them to your audience.
