NOTE To be able to use Presenter View , make sure your computer supports multiple displays. Most computers now have this functionality built-in. If your computer does not, it will require you to have two video cards.



P ROCEDURES

1. Select the Slide Show button

on the right-hand side of the Status

bar. 2. Move the mouse pointer down to the lower left side of the slide so you can

see the Slide Show tools, and select the Menu button 3. Select Show Presenter View from the shortcut menu.
