Lesson 1 – Using Slide Show View

1. Select the Slide Show button at the right side of the status bar. The current slide is displayed in Slide Show view. 2. Move the mouse pointer down to the lower left side of the slide so you can see the Slide Show tools, The Slide Show tools display.

3. Select the Menu button.

The shortcut menu displays.

4. Select Show Presenter View. Presenter View displays for the presenter only, 5. Select Esc to exit the slide show PowerPoint returns to the Application window.

C REATING A C USTOM S HOW  D ISCUSSION

Normally, the flow of your presentation will reflect the order in which you have placed your PowerPoint 2016 slides. However, there may be situations when you are using an existing presentation but want to repeat, omit or reorder slides. It could be that you want to repeat certain slides to reinforce a point or decide to leave out sensitive information when presenting to different audiences. This is where the Custom Show feature becomes very useful. Custom Show enables you to present different versions of the same file, using just the slides you need by saving it as a Custom Show .
