Lesson 4 – Expanding a Slide Show

There are three Zoom options: Summary Zoom , Section Zoom , and Slide Zoom . Summary Zoom creates a “summary” slide with hyperlink icons of slides in your presentation that you want to be able to jump to and from quickly; Section Zoom creates hyperlink icons that allow you to jump to and from sections, and Slide Zoom creates hyperlink icons that allow you to jump to and from any slides you may want to refer to seamlessly during a presentation.

Inserting a Zoom Summary

NOTE Once you have created any of the three Zooms , when the Zoom hyperlinked object is selected, a contextual Zoom tools tab is available, with options for the way you use the Zoom .



P ROCEDURES

1. Select the slide you want to add the Zoom from.

2. Select the Zoom button

in the Links group on the Insert tab of the

Ribbon.

3. Select Zoom Summary . 4. Select the slide that begins each section (even if you don’t have sections in your presentation) that you may want to jump quickly to and from during a presentation.
