NOTE It is advisable to consider the importance of effective passwords at this point. Try to include at least one capital letter and one number within your password. Ensure you remember your password as you will not be able to reopen your presentation without it.

1. Select the File tab

2. Select the Protect Presentation button

3. Select Encrypt with password . 4. Enter the password you wish to secure your presentation with. 5. Select the OK button . 6. Re-enter the password you wish to secure your presentation with. 7. Select the OK button .

2. Select the Protect Presentation button. The Protect menu opens. 3. Select Encrypt with password . The Encrypt Document dialog box opens. 4. Enter a password to secure and encrypt your presentation. The text is entered the password field.

5. Select the OK button.

The Confirm Password dialog box opens.
