E NCRYPTING THE P RESENTATION D ISCUSSION
Once you have created a PowerPoint presentation, you may want to prevent others from accessing it. This is particularly useful when storing presentations over a shared workspace. You can quickly and easily prevent others from adapting or deleting elements of your presentation. It also ensures that any sensitive information is only shared with those it is intended for.
Encrypting a presentation allows the creator of the presentation to add a password to the PowerPoint file. Anyone who then wishes to access the presentation must be informed of the password to open it.
