1. Select the controls you want to size. An image of a box appears as you drag and then sizing handles appear around the controls.

2. Select the Arrange tab. The Arrange tab appears.
Click Arrange
3. On the Arrange tab in the Position group, select Control Padding . A list of control padding options appears. 4. Select the desired control margin option. The control padding is adjusted accordingly.

H IDING THE R ULER
Discussion
Hide or display the ruler in Design view. The ruler provides two rulers in the Design window, one across the top and one down the left side. These rulers are useful when you want to create controls that are a specific size or place controls in a specific location.
