Create a signature.

1. Select the File tab.

Click

The Backstage View is displayed.

2. Select the Options command. The Options dialog box opens.

Click Options

3. Select Mail .

Click Mail

The Mail pane appears.

4. Select Signatures .

Click Signatures...

The Signatures and Stationery dialog box opens.

5. Select New .

Click New

The New Signature dialog box opens with the text in the Type a name for this signature .

6. Type a name for the signature.

Type Marketing

The text appears in the Type a name for this signature box.

7. Select OK.

Click OK

The Type a name for this signature box is closed.

8. Type the text you want to appear in the first line of the signature. The text appears in the Edit signature pane.

Type John Kelly

9. Press [Enter] to add a new line.

Press [Enter]

The insertion point moves to the next line in the Edit signature pane.
