1. Select the Contact whose Business Card you wish to send. The Contact is selected and Contact window opens. The Contact tab is displayed on the Ribbon . 2. Click the Forward button from the Actions group on the Ribbon . The Forward menu is displayed.

3. Select Send as Business Card .
Click Send as Business Card
A Message window is displayed with the Electronic Business Card inserted.
4. Type the E-mail address of the message recipient. The message recipient’s name is appears in the To box.
Type the E-mail address of a fellow student
5. Select the Subject: box.
Click Subject
The insertion point appears in the Subject box.
