U SING THE T O -D O B AR  D ISCUSSION

The To - Do Bar incorporates information from different Outlook elements to make them immediately available. It brings together the Date Navigator , any appointments along with any current tasks. Like the Navigation Pane , the To - Do Bar can be customized or hidden. When the To - Do Bar is hidden, it appears as a vertical toolbar located on the right-hand side of the screen. When you click the To - Do Bar it expands to display its contents.
