Lesson 2 – Sending and Receiving Messages
NOTE Depending upon your setup, messages may be temporarily sent to the Outbox folder while they are waiting to be delivered to your mail server. This allows you to compose emails while traveling if you’re not able to log on to the Exchange server.
P ROCEDURES
Open the Mail pane.
1. Select the New Email button on the toolbar. 2. Type the name or address of the primary recipient. 3. Select the Cc box. 4. Type the name or address of the carbon copy recipient. 5. Select the Subject box. 6. Type the subject of the message. 7. Select the message box. 8. Type the body of the message.
9. Select the Send button

You should pair up with a fellow student to exchange messages.
If necessary, display the Mail pane.
