

Discussion

Outlook lets you receive a calendar or calendars from other people in an e-mail message. The Calendar appears within the body of the message as a Calendar Snapshot .

If the recipient of your Calendar Snapshot uses Outlook 2010, they can choose to open the Calendar Snapshot and display it in either Side-By-Side or Overlay mode.

NOTE Recipients of your Calendar Snapshot do not receive the changes that you make to your Calendar unless you send them a new Calendar Snapshot .


