NOTE You can change the background color of your primary calendar by selecting the File tab, Options , Calendar and then Display options . If desired, you can use the same color for all calendars. When you open a shared calendar, Outlook adds the Other Calendar’s pane to the Folder Pane. You can use the Share Calendar button on the Home tab of the Calendar Ribbon to invite someone to share your calendar.
Procedures
1. Open the Calendar folder. 2. Select the check box of the calendars you want to open.
3. Select the desired calendar view. 4. Display the desired date period.

If necessary, open the Calendar pane.
Create another Calendar for this exercise, if necessary. 1. Open the Calendar folder, if necessary. 2. Select the Folder tab and click New Calendar . The Create New Folder dialog box opens. 3. Type Personal for the new calendar name. Select the Calendar folder, if necessary. 4. Click OK. T he new calendar appears on the Navigation pane under My Calendars.
Display next Monday’s date that contains appointments.
