when Outlook notifies you that it has reached the end of the
message.
9. To find and highlight all occurrences of the text, select the Reading Highlight
button
.
10. Select Highlight All .
11. Select Cancel
when you have finished the search.
S TEP - BY -S TEP Search for text in a message using the Find feature.
Go back to the message addressed to a fellow student with the subject Party .
Ensure the insertion point is in the message text, then press [Ctrl+Home] to move to the top of the message box.

1. Select the Format Text tab. The Format Text tab appears.
Click Format Text
2. Select the Find button in the Editing group. The Find and Replace dialog box opens with the insertion point in the Find what field. 3. Type the text you want to find in the Find what field. The text appears in the field. 4. Select the More button to expand the dialog box. The Find and Replace dialog box expands to display additional options.
