19. Continue modifying the form as desired. The form is modified.
Finish designing the form. Delete the blank text box
to the right of the Attachment field.
Add the new Customer field to the form below the Subject text box. If necessary, position the field by dragging it to the desired location.
20. Select the Publish button in the Form group. The Publish menu opens .

21. Select the desired option.
Click Publish Form As...
The Publish Form As dialog box opens with the text in the Display name box selected. 22. Type the desired name for the form. The name appears in the Display name and Form name fields.

23. Select the Look In list.
Click Look In
A list of available folders opens.
24. Select the folder to which you want to publish the form.
Scroll as necessary and click Inbox
The desired folder is selected and appears in the Look In text box.
25. Click the Publish button on the Publish As dialog box. The form is saved and the Publish Form As dialog box closes. 26. Click the Close button on the form window title bar. A Microsoft Office Outlook warning box opens prompting you to save the changes.
