Print Tasks information.
If necessary, open the Tasks pane.

1. Select the File tab.
Click File
The File menu appears.
2. Select the Print option.
The Print dialog box opens.
Click
3. Select print options as desired.
Click Table Style , if necessary
The desired print options are selected.
4. Select OK .
Click

Outlook prints the Tasks information per the options selected, and the message box closes.

Discussion
The To - Do Bar incorporates information from different Outlook elements to make them immediately available as links. It brings together the Date Navigator , Calendar items , along with any Current Tasks . You can display each of the folder’s items in any sequence by making selections from the To-Do Bar button on the View ribbon.
