1. Select and right-click an entry in the Calendar. The entry is selected. 2. Select Categorize on the short menu. The Categorize submenu appears.

Right-click the entry for the Executive Retreat.

3. Select Set Quick Click .

The Set Quick Click dialog box opens.

4. Select the Category list.

Click

The list of available categories is displayed.

5. Select the desired new Default Category .

Click Travel

The selected category is displayed in the Set Quick Click dialog box.

6. Select OK .

Click OK

The Set Quick Click dialog box closes.

A PPLYING THE Q UICK C LICK C ATEGORY  D ISCUSSION The Quick Click Category feature in Outlook lets you assign a Default Category to any item with a single mouse click.

This is very useful if you need to assign a specific category frequently, such as To Be Reviewed .

Quick Click Category is available for Mail, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Notes and Journal items.
