Discussion
Create notes for tasks when you want to document additional task information. When a task contains a note, a Notes icon appears in the Indicators column. Pointing to the icon displays a ScreenTip with the note text.
Task notes are recorded in the Task Information dialog box Notes page. The Task Information dialog box contains the scheduling and resource information for a task. When entering notes, you can format the font and text alignment, create a bulleted list, or insert a picture.
