Procedures
1. Switch to the Gantt Chart view. 2. Select the task you want to document. 3. On the Task tab in the Properties group, click the
button.
4. Type the note text. 5. Select OK .

1. Select the task you want to document. The task is selected. 2. 2. On the Task tab in the Properties group click the Notes button. The Task Information dialog box appears with the Notes page appears.
Click the 15 Frame Garage task.

3. Type the note.
Type Check with electrician on number of electrical outlets.
The text appears in the Notes area.
4. Select OK .

The Task Information dialog box closes, and a Notes icon appears in the Indicators column.
Point to the Notes icon in the Indicators column and read the note.
