Discussion

If you are creating a large project plan with many phases, you may want to save a separate baseline as you create or finish each phase of the plan. Microsoft Project can create up to 11 baselines for a project. The first baseline saved is named Baseline . Additional baselines are saved with the names Baseline 1-10 . Each baseline saves the task, resource, and assignment information for the project. Baseline is the baseline that appears on the Gantt Chart .
