g) Scroll to the bottom of the page and select OK. h) Observe the modified view.

i) In the Quick Launch area, select Project Orange Home.

5) Group the contacts list by city. a) On the Project Orange page, select Orange Contacts. b) On the Orange Contacts page, select the Datasheet view. (Select the LIST tab. On the ribbon in the Manage Views group, select the drop-down list that currently says All Contacts and then choose Datasheet.) c) On the ribbon, select the LIST tab, then in the Manage Views group, select Modify View. d) On the Edit View page, scroll down to the bottom of the page.

NOTE

There is no Group By option in this view because datasheet views do not support grouping.

e) Select Cancel.

6) Create a new view to group by. a) On the ribbon, select the LIST tab, then in the Manage Views group, select Create View. b) On the Settings View Type page, under Start from an existing view, select All contacts. c) In the Name section, in the View Name box type Grouped Contacts d) Scroll down to the bottom of the page, next to Group By, select the Expand button.
