a) In the Quick Launch, click Directors . b) Click the List tab and click the List Settings button. c) Scroll down to Columns . d) Under Columns, click Column ordering . e) Change the Position from Top for Business Phone Ext to 11 . f) Click OK . a) In the Quick Launch, click Directors . b) Click Udler . c) On from View tab, click Edit Item . d) Under Business Phone Ext, type 9512 . e) Click Save . f) Observe the Business Phone Ext and Full Name fields.

6) Test new fields.
