Quick Start Guide

SHARE CONTENT LOCAL OR IN CALL You have two options to share your content on the display: Option 1 – Wireless using Clickshare

Option 2 – HDMI or VGA

1. On the Crestron Wall Panel , tap Presentation

1. On the Crestron Wall Panel , tap Presentation

2. At the table – Choose HDMI or VGA connectors from the black box to your laptop.

3. On the Crestron Panel select Column Laptop button to share that screen.

2. Plug ClickShare button into laptop(s). 3. From laptop open the ClickShare drive . 4. Run the ClickShare_for_Windows.exe 5. On the Crestron Panel press the ClickShare button to share that screen

4. Then tap Display Routing to choose the display.

6. then tap Display Routing to choose the display.

5. To end presentation, unplug Clickshare button.

6. On the Crestron Wall Panel , tap Shutdown

NOTE: The last ClickShare button connected will become ClickShare 1, and audio only works on Clickshare 1.

TIP

The Room Control “Shutdown” button is on the Crestron Controller on the Wall

7. To end presentation, unplug Clickshare 8. On the Crestron Wall Panel , tap Shutdown
