TO BEGIN 1.

SHARING CONTENT To show content via an HDMI or VGA cable: 1. From the Home Screen, Tap Show Content 2. Tap the Video Source to Start/Stop sharing. To Use the Visual Board: 1. Tap Visual Board then Show Content 2. Use your finger or stylus to tap elements on the screen 3. Use a USB mouse connected to the the video codec AUDIO CONTROLS In or Out of a call, tap to access the microphone and volume controls. 1. Tap Mute/Unmute to manage your microphone audio 2. Tap Volume 3. Tap or drag the Volume Slider to change the incoming audio ADJUST LAYOUT VIEWS Tap the Monitor image on the touch control screen 1. Tap the image of your desired layout 2. Tap the X in the upper right hand corner to close the layout menu ENTERING PASSCODES 1. After your call is connected, tap to access the Touch Tones keypad 2. Enter code to complete connection

HOME SCREEN

Tap the screen to wake the Touch Control 2. Press to access/colapse Camera and Audio Control bar. 3. To return to the Home Screen at any time tap PLACE A CALL MANUALLY 1. From the Home Screen Tap 2. Tap on the Keypad or the Keyboard to enter dialing information. 3. To Backspace or Delete tap 4. Touch to connect the call PLACEACALLFROMTHEDIRECTORY 1. From the Home Screen touch 2. Tap Contacts 3. Scroll to the desired contact (or touch the Search field to enter the name) 4. Tap the Contact name 5. Tap to place the call END A CALL 1. Touch Hang Up on the call screen. ANSWER A CALL 1. If the Video System does not answer incoming calls automatically, touch Answer or Ignore

CAMERA CONTROL 1.

From the Home Screen, tap then Camera 2. Tap the Arrow buttons or Zoom buttons to adjust views 3. Tap Presets to store, select or edit camera presets 4. Near - Main means you’re controling your nearside camera. Far - Main means you are controlling the far end camera, if the far end has the feature enabled
