If you draw an object that covers other chart data, you can use the options on the Draw button to position the object behind the other objects. You can later bring the object forward as desired. If there are multiple object layers, you can position the object so it is in back of all objects or in front of all objects.

Drawing a text box

NOTE To format text in a text box, select the text box. Right click and select Font command. To draw a polygon, you need to click once to indicate the start and end of each side, and then double-click to complete the object. You can resize drawing objects by dragging the selection handles that appear on the corners and sides of the objects. You can reposition objects by dragging the object borders. You can use the [Delete] key to delete a selected object.



1. Switch to the Gantt Chart view. 2. Display the Gantt Chart Tools tab.
