Notice also that the moved text no longer appears as green text with a double underline in its original location but is displayed in a balloon headed Moved down [1] in the Markup Area .

Click the Go button in the right-hand corner of the Moved down [1] balloon (you may need to scroll the document to see this button). Notice that the new location of the text is highlighted.

D ISABLING C HANGE T RACKING  D ISCUSSION

Disable change tracking so that you can work in a document without inserting revision marks. When change tracking is disabled, the Track Changes button on the Review tab is not highlighted and if you have customized the status bar to show the Track Changes option, the status bar displays Track Changes: Off .

NOTE If you have customized the status bar to show the Track Changes indicator, you can also disable change tracking by clicking the Track Changes: On indicator in the status bar.


