Lesson 5 – Presenting to a Wider Audience

Package for CD

NOTE A presentation that has been packaged for CD will no longer have any comments, revisions or annotations. To save a version including these you will have to copy the files across to the CD/DVD manually. In order to use this feature, you will need relevant hardware such as a CD/DVD writer.



P ROCEDURES

1. Select the File Tab

2. Click on Export

3. Select the

Package Presentation for CD

option.

4. Click on the Package for CD button. 5. Enter a new name for the CD, if desired.

6. Select the Options button

.

7. Select the desired options. 8. If you are including the viewer, select the Select how presentations will play in the viewer list. 9. Select the desired viewer option. 10. Select the OK button .
