1. Select the File Tab . The File menu opens.

2. Click on Export .

The Export menu opens.

3. Select the Package Presentation for CD option.

Click

4. Click on the Package for CD button. The Package for CD dialog box opens. 5. Enter a new name for the CD, if desired. The text appears in the Name the CD box.

Type My Presentation

6. Select the Options button.

Click

The Options dialog box opens.

7. Select the desired options. The options are selected.

Click Viewer Package , if necessary Click Select how presentations will play in the viewer

8. If you are including the viewer, select the Select how presentations will play in the viewer list. A list of options is displayed. 9. Select the desired viewer option. The viewer option is selected.

Click Play only the first presentation automatically
