10. Select the OK button.

The Options dialog box closes.

11. Select the Copy to Folder button or the Copy to CD button to package the presentation files. The directions for the selected copy process start. 12. Follow the directions to copy the presentation to a folder or CD. The Package for CD dialog box opens after the presentation is copied.

13. Select the Close button.

The Package for CD dialog box closes.

Select the Browse button, open the student data folder and select the Select button in the Choose Location dialog box. Select OK . You will be asked if you wish to include linked files in your package; choose Yes .

Return to the table and continue on to the next step (step 12).

Open Windows Explorer and open the student data folder. The folder should contain a new My Presentation folder. Open the folder and change the files of type to All Files to view all the packaged files. The folder should contain the presentation files, the PPTVIEW viewer file, as well as other files. Close Windows Explorer. Close WORLD22.PPTX. U SING THE P OWER P OINT V IEWER  D ISCUSSION The PowerPoint Viewer is a program provided with Office 2010 that allows you to run slide shows on computers that do not have PowerPoint installed.

The PowerPoint Viewer is included by default when you use Package for CD to compress and save presentations, or you can download the viewer from the Microsoft Office Online web site.
