You should make sure that the host drive has enough free disk space; the PowerPoint Viewer uses about 1.9 MB on the hard drive, in addition to the size of the presentation.

NOTE The PowerPoint Viewer allows you to open presentations that were created using PowerPoint 97 and later. You can choose to not include the viewer by selecting the Options button in the Package to CD dialog box when you are packaging the presentation.



P ROCEDURES

1. Open the folder containing the packaged presentation. 2. Open the PPTVIEW.EXE file. 3. Select Accept to accept the terms of the License Agreement. 4. Select the presentation you want to view. 5. Select the Open button.


