3. Select Accept to accept the terms of the License Agreement. The Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer window closes and the Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer dialog box opens. 4. Select the presentation you want to view. The presentation file is selected.

Click Accept

5. Select the Open button. The presentation begins.

Click Open

When you have finished viewing the slide show, end it . PowerPoint Viewer closes automatically when the slide show ends. Cancel the Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer dialog box to close it.
