Compressing pictures

NOTE If you wish to apply compression settings to all the images in your presentation, do not select the Apply to selected pictures only checkbox. There are additional compression settings accessible through File, Options , Advanced , Image Size and Quality section.



P ROCEDURES

1. Select the image you wish to compress. 2. Select the Picture Tools Format contextual tab.

3. Select the Compress Pictures button

in the Adjust

group. 4. Select the Apply to selected pictures only checkbox. 5. Select the OK button .


