S ENDING IN PDF F ORMAT D ISCUSSION Normally, you would save your presentation as a PowerPoint presentation file (pptx). However, you can save your presentation as many different file types, including past versions of PowerPoint and also as a PDF file. This allows you to send large files to others with ease. The Portable Document Format is an open standard for document exchange and is device and operating system independent. This widens your potential audience to include those who do not have Microsoft PowerPoint as well as Mac and Linux users.
