Saving Presentation in rtf format



P ROCEDURES

1. Select the File tab.

2. Select Save As . 3. Type the desired file name. 4. Select the Save as type list.

5. Select Outline/RTF . 6. Select the drive in which you want to save the outline. 7. Open the folder in which you want to save the outline.

8. Select the Save button

The Save As menu opens, with the text in the File name box selected.

3. Type the desired file name.

The text appears in the File name box.
