5. Select the Save as type list.

Click Save as type

A list of available file types opens.

6. Select the desired file type.

Scroll as necessary and click Portable Networks Graphic (.png) Click the student data drive

The file type appears in the Save as type box.

7. Select the drive in which you want to save the graphic. A list of available folders opens.

8. Open the folder in which you want to save the graphic.

Double-click to open the student data folder

A list of available folders and files opens.

9. Select the Save button.

The Save As dialog box closes, and a Microsoft Office PowerPoint message box asks if you want to export every slide in the presentation or only the current slide. 10. Select Every Slide to export all the slides or Current Slide Only to export only the selected slide. The Microsoft Office PowerPoint message box closes, and the slide(s) are saved as graphic files.
