5. Select the File as list. The File as list appears.

Click File as

6. Select a format under which you want to file the contact. The desired format is selected and appears in the File as box. 7. Under Phone numbers , select the text box or click the button for the desired phone number field. The text box is selected or the Check Phone Number dialog box opens.

Click DeMarco, Patrick

Under Phone numbers , click Business...

8. Enter the phone number.

Follow the instructions shown below the table before continuing to the next step

The phone number is entered.

9. Select OK to close the Check Phone Number dialog box, if applicable. The Check Phone Number dialog box closes and the phone number appears in the field. 10. Select the text box under Addresses . The insertion point appears in the Addresses box. 11. Type the first line of the address for the contact. The first line of the address appears in the Addresses box. 12. Press [Enter] to move to the next line of the address. The insertion point moves to the next line of the address. 13. Type the additional address lines for the contact as desired. The next line of the address appears in the Addresses box.

Click OK

Click in the text box under Addresses
