Lesson – Managing Contacts

NOTE You can use the [Shift] or [Ctrl] key to select multiple names in the Select Members window. To add a new name to a Contact Group , select the Add New button in the Contact Group window and complete the fields provided in the Add New Member dialog box. If you want the new name to be a contact, select the Add to Contacts option.

P ROCEDURES

1. Click the New Contact Group

button.

2. Type the name of the Contact Group list.

3. Select the Add Members

button.

4. Select the desired address book.

5. Select the first name you want to add to the Contact Group .

6. Continue to add names to the Contact Group as desired.

7. When finished adding names, click OK

8. Click Save and Close

button.

If necessary, open the Contacts pane.
