2. Enter the name of the Contact Group. The desired name appears in the Name box. 3. Select the Add Members button in the Members group. The Select Members dialog box opens. Click

4. Select the Address Book list. A list of address books appears.

Click Address Book

5. Select the desired address book. The names in the selected address book appear in the Select Names dialog box. 6. Select the first name you want to add to the Contact Group . The first name is selected.

Scroll up as necessary and click Contacts under Outlook Address Book

7. Select the Members button.

Click Members

The selected name appears next to the Members button.

8. Continue to add names to the Contact Group as desired. The selected name appears next to the Members button. The Select Members dialog box closes, and the names appear in the Contact Group window. 10. Select the Save and Close button. The Contact Group window closes, and the new Contact Group is saved and appears in the Contacts folder. 9. Select the OK button.
