3. Select the Group By... button. The Group By dialog box opens.

9. Select the Select available fields from list. A list of available field types opens. 10. Select the type of field by which you want to group. The desired field type is selected. 11. Select the Expand/collapse defaults list. A list of options opens.

13. When you have finished selecting the desired options, select OK . The Group By dialog box closes.
