If necessary, open the Contacts pane and display the Business Cards view.

Open the View Settings dialog box.

1. Select the View tab. The View tab appears.

The Advanced View Settings: dialog box appears.

3. Select Conditional Formatting .

The Conditional Formatting dialog box opens.

4. Select Add .

An Untitled rule is added to the Rules for this view list box, the Properties of the selected rule options become available, and the text in the Name field is selected. 5. Type a name for the Untitled rule. The name appears in the Name field and in the Rules for this view list box.
