6. Select Font .
Click
The Font dialog box opens.
7. Select the desired font options.
From the Color List , select Red
The desired font options are selected and reflected in the Sample box.
8. Select OK .
Click
The Font dialog box closes.
9. Select Condition .
Click
The Filter dialog box opens with the insertion point in the Search for the word(s) box.
10. Enter text in the Search for the word(s) box, if desired.
Type pts
The text appears in the Search for the word(s) box.
11. Select the desired options.
From the In list, select frequently-used text fields
The desired options are selected.
12. Select OK .
Click
The Filter dialog box closes.
13. Select OK .
Click
The Automatic Formatting dialog box closes and the new rule for the view is saved.
14. Select OK .
Click
The View Summary dialog box closes and the automatic formatting is applied to the view.
Notice the Business Cards that now appear with red text.
Open the View Settings dialog box, select the PTS rule, and then select Delete to delete the rule. Select OK to close all dialog boxes.
