The File tab opens the Backstage view.
2. Select the Options command.
Click Options
The Outlook Options dialog box opens.
3. Select the Advanced category. The Advanced page opens.
Click the Advanced category
4. Select the AutoArchive Settings... button. The AutoArchive dialog box opens. 5. Select the Run AutoArchive every ... days option to enable AutoArchive. The Run AutoArchive every ... days option is selected. 6. Use the spin box to select the number of days. The number of days is defined.

Click Run AutoArchive every ... days , if necessary

7. Apply the setting to all folders. The setting is applied.
Click Apply these settings to all folders now

The AutoArchive dialog box closes and the AutoArchive settings are saved.
