P ROCEDURES 1. Right-click the folder for which you want to change the AutoArchive properties.
2. Select the Properties command.
3. Select the AutoArchive tab.
4. Select the Archive this folder using these settings option.
5. Enter the desired number of months, weeks, or days you want the item to reside in the folder before archiving in the Clean out items older than spin box.
6. Select the Clean out items older than list.
7. Select Months , Weeks , or Days as desired.
8. Select the desired option to move or delete the old items.

10. If a Microsoft Outlook warning box opens, informing you that there are no global
AutoArchive options set, select
to set the options.

1. Right-click folder for which you want to change the AutoArchive properties. A shortcut menu opens.
Right-click Tasks
2. Select the Properties command.
Click Properties
The Properties dialog box opens with the General page displayed.
3. Select the AutoArchive tab. The AutoArchive page opens.
Click the AutoArchive tab
4. Select the Archive this folder using these settings option. The Archive this folder using these settings option is selected.
