NOTE To reply to a posted discussion, open the folder containing the discussion and then open the discussion item. Select the Post Reply button. Type the desired information for the reply, select the File menu, and then select the Post command. Add a public folder to the Favorites folder in the Public Folders group by right-clicking the public folder, selecting the Add to Favorites command, and selecting Add . You must be on a Microsoft Exchange server to use this feature.

P ROCEDURES 1. Open the public or private folder capable of storing e-mail messages in which you want to post a message.

2. On the Home tab, click the New Post

icon.

3. Type the discussion subject.

4. Select the message body.

5. Type the discussion message.

6. Select the Post button

in the Discussion header.

S TEP - BY -S TEP Post a discussion item to a folder.

If necessary, create a new public folder with your first and last name as the folder name and open it.
