9. Select Next .

The next Export to a File page appears.

10. Select Browse .

Click

The Browse dialog box opens with the insertion point in the File name box.

11. Type the desired name for the file. The file name appears in the File name box. 12. Select the drive where you want to save the file. A list of available folders is displayed. 13. Open the folder where you want to save the file. The folder is selected.

Type MYCONTCT.CSV

Click the student data drive

Double-click to open the student data folder

14. Select OK .

Click

The Browse dialog box closes and the file name and path appear in the Save exported file as box.

15. Select Next .

Click

The next page of the Export to a File dialog box opens.

16. Select the Map Custom Fields... button to modify the fields to be exported. The Map Custom Fields dialog box opens. 17. To remove a destination field, drag it from the To list box to the From list box or select the Clear Map button to remove all destination fields. The desired field is removed or all fields are removed.
