Columns
Determines what columns will be displayed in the view, and in what order in relation to each other. Allows you to select up to two columns to sort by and lets you specify an ascending or descending sort. Lets you refine the items displayed in the view based on criteria that you define. Determines whether check boxes will be displayed for each row in the list. Check boxes allow you to select multiple items to perform bulk operations. Enables you to select up to two columns to group by for grouping and subgrouping options. Grouping is useful to display data in ways that is more meaningful and easy to navigate, such as grouping contacts by City or State. Allows you to display items either in their folders (if folders are present) or hide folders and display all items in a flat list. Enables you to limit the number of items displayed at once, or in total for the list. This is used to display list items in batches when there are many items. Allows you to make public views available for mobile devices and to set a public view as the default mobile view. It also lets you set a separate item limit entry for mobile devices. Allows you to display one or more totals for columns in the list. Lets you choose a style for the list to control how data is displayed.
