DISPLAY STYLE

DESCRIPTION

Same as the Boxed display style but without the column headings visible. A streamlined view separated by lines on the page, with buttons such as New and Open Menu removed from the content area. Same as Newsletter but without the lines separating each item in the list.

Shaded

Displays a table with alternate rows shaded.

Preview Pane

Displays the item name on the left and the item details on the right. Move the mouse pointer over the item names to see their details.

Default

The default style for the type of list.

NOTE At the time of publication, there appears to be a bug in SharePoint 2013 with regard to the Newsletter, No Lines style. This style is currently displaying the Shaded style when selected.
